ASC cartridge is FDA grade pure polyphosphate slow phos to improve the quality of drinking water. Helps prevent Scale, Corrosion and Rust. Rated for 25000 Gallons.It contains phosphate to reduce scale buildup. The ASC cartridge can be used as a pretreatment for R/O's, ice machines, coffee makers, distillers, hot water heaters, evaporators, on demand hot water heaters and steam ovens. The maximum benefit is derived when the feed water flows into a holding tank (boiler, hot water heater) or reservoir, which provides a leveling effect on the phosphate concentration.Prevent scale formation and corrosion. Affective removal of chlorine and VOCs, odor, color and THMs. Fits all standard 2.5 inch x 10 inch residential, commercial or industrial water filter housings. Fits standard or slim line housings. Slow melt phosphate. All materials are FDA grade.
